30-Day Returns

• You have a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Customers must provide proof of purchase for all returns.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email support@haulex.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will reply with return instructions.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

• TruRigs covers return shipping if the item is defective or incorrect.
• The customer covers return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

Exceptions

• Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable.
